Can any one tell me why a co-terminus staff (joined with the minister) in the ministry will get encashment of leave for unutilized portion of the earned leave during his tenure with the minister or not? If not, then by which way his unutilized portion of the earned leave will be adjusted. Since the unutilized portion he could not avail due the official work assigned by the minister. Please quote me the rule. Thanks - Jayant Mukherjee
