National Defence Non-Gazetted Staff Association (NDNGSA)
The south Zone NDNGSA meeting was conducted at AVADI on 19-09-2010. The meeting was inagurated by Sri.Mohan rao, JCM III member of DGQA, inagurated the meeting and Sri. M.Ramaswamy, Vice President of BPMS participated in the conclusion session.Sri.Rama Krishana, South Zone Secretary welcommed the delegates of all south zone branches and submitted his report. Sri.Bakruddin, Office Secretary explained the need of 4 grade structure at OFB and explained the merits and demerits of merger.
Sri. Barik, Jt.Secretry,asked the participants to be ready to take up the issues, which are not going to be solved by the board, to the court of law ,in the interest of the cadre.Sri.M.S.Hari, Patron asked the branches to improve the strength of the membership and the need of NDNGS to improve the Production and Productivity in Ordnance Factories.All the branch representatives raised their branch issues and suggested the remedial measures for the betterment of the cadre.
